Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Please understand a last minute cancellation does affect my entire day and schedule. If you do not show up at all you will be charged for 100% of the service fee. I do not issue a refund of any kind for any service.
